Iipay Nation Of Santa Ysabel History​

The Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel is a federally recognized reservation is located in the northeastern mountains of San Diego County, California. The reservation was founded in 1893 and is 15,526.78 acres with over 800 enrolled tribal members. The Santa Ysabel Indian Reservation ranges in elevation from 3,200 feet to 5,700 feet and comprises a land base of over 15,000 acres on three tracts of tribal land.

TDC Overview

The Santa Ysabel Tribal Development Corporation (TDC) This corporation is wholly owned by the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel. The TDC was created in 2016 with the intent to create cannabis growth businesses for the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel. By creating various business entities the TDC is securing the tribes source of revenue, jobs and sustainability. In addition, various businesses give job opportunities to the surrounding communities.​

EDC Overview​

The Santa Ysabel Economic Development Corporation (EDC) This a Section 17 Corporation wholly owned by the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel. The EDC was created in 2016 with the intent to create businesses and economic growth for the Iipay Nation of Santa Ysabel. By creating various business entities the EDC is securing the tribes source of revenue, jobs and sustainability. In addition, various businesses give job opportunities to the surrounding communities.​
